Anonymous asked: Did you always workout? How did you develop a routine? What do you reccommend for a woman who doesn't really workout but is training to join the military?

 I did not always workout, I begin working out about a year and a half ago. 

I developed a routine by getting help from my brothers who always workout and lifted weights and by doing A LOT of research.

What I recommend is first visit your doctor and make sure everything is good, then begin by making a routine and working out a couple of days a week as part of your schedule and make it a lifestyle. :)
